Visited this dealership not knowing what to expect. I had a tight budget and was looking for something in a rush. The salesman that greeted me was fantastic! Showed me a variety of options and didn’t rush me. I had a lot of questions as I was a bit hesitant buying a used car. The chap took his time and explained everything to me thoroughly. We needed up finding the perfect car and the whole experience from start to finish was so stress free. I would definetly recommend visiting if your looking for quality and well priced motors.

We enquired about a car advertised by Bedford Cars. From the start communication was excellent, a deposit was transferred to hold the car until viewing it. During viewing Akki told us all about the car, knew its history and had carried out work on it to make sure it was in top notch condition. He showed us invoices for all the work. We decided against buying the car but this is no reflection on the vehicle or Akki but purely a change circumstances our end. Akki returned our deposit without delay. An excellent experience start to end.

My experience was excellent with Bedford Cars. This is the first time in my life I had ever bought a car from a dealer without having first been able to view the car first hand. I was understandably a little nervous but Andy from the dealership delivered on every commitment he made to me in terms of scanning me all the service documentation and putting it through an MOT on the day he said he would. As my confidence in him built I raised my biggest concern (about the timing chain issue with the Jaguar 2.0L Diesel engine) with him directly. I really wanted to perform a cold start myself to check, but my circumstances were such that I could not get to the location of the dealership. Andy assured me that this was the first thing he personally checked for when he first had the car. Everything he told me about the car proved to be spot on. They say the best time to judge is when things go wrong. I bought a Jaguar xf from this dealership which had a fault . The garage took the car back lent me a replacement vehicle and got the car fully repaired. When completed they collected the Jaguar from the garage delivered it to my house and collected the loan car. Now happy with my Jaguar. Thank you Bedford Cars for the service.

I went to view a Hyundai and found the dealer to be very friendly, open and helpful. Had the car ready for when I arrived along with all the paperwork, service history etc. I was impressed with the car exactly want I wanted so I brought it, even got a good deal on my PX. I did find a couple of issues when I got home and contacted the dealer who again was very helpful. Car was booked in and within a week all sorted and delivered back to me. Would highly recommend and will be going back when I decide to change my car again.
