This was a perfect car buying experience. Very relaxed, no hard sell, good knowledgeable sales person. We dealt with Liam who we would highly recommend. Loads of cars available so we were spoilt for choice, we went to look and ended up with a car that had just been traded in and which we had seen listed on the website. The experience at Sandles Car Supermarket was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Tom in particular was so helpful when it came to showing me the options I had available. When it came to signing the paperwork I changed my mind on one option and the lady on reception, Kayla had no issue with changing all the paperwork for me.I had an issue with my new car 6 days after I purchased it and within a day it was back with Sandles and they are resolving the issue with no issues at all. This is my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I have recently purchased a new car. I went back to Sandles after buying one from them 4 years ago and found how helpful they were the first time. I rang and spoke to a very lovely member of staff called Gina, on the phone she explained everything I would need to do with part exchanging my car and what I would need to bring with me. I told Gina I was interested in 2 certain cars and went and test drove them both the following week. When I arrived the car I was most interested in was waiting for me close to the building. Myself and my Auntie took it out and i immediately loved it. Gina went above and beyond to get the right deal for me and even messaged me later that day to see what I wanted to do. Had a couple tiny issues with the car but they fixed these straight away and had absolutely no issues in doing so. Quick and simple process of buying my car from salesman Tom. Car had a few issues after a week or so of having the car. Contacted Sandles who took the car back, provided a loan car while work took place and car repaired quickly. Everyone I came in contact with were very helpful and communication was great!

This is the second car we've bought from sandles and both experiences have been positive and enjoyable. Being honest both times we'd looked elsewhere first but agree now we'll head to sandles first next time. Strangely Gina got saddled with us for both sales, remembering our last purchase. We got the info we needed, test drive the car, got a great part ex price and sealed the deal that day. I collected the car this morning and other than getting used to an auto again and hybrid to boot it's been a pleasure.

From walking in to the showroom we were greeted very warmly by staff, Ther was no issues with looking at a selection of cars we were interested in and test-driving wasn't an issue, The salesman was very helpful from start to finish. I have only given 4 star rating as I only got 1 key with the car during the handover and they won't sort out a replacement key even though we spent a lot of money on a 4 1/2 year old car. The friendly staff and salesman is a 5 star. We will return 👍🤓

I flew down from Aberdeen on Monday morning to purchase my Kia Niro 3 EV. Liam and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Car is in excellent condition exactly as described. Only downside was having to overnight in Berwick before getting home Tuesday lunchtime. Saved £3,000 on other cars - I am an Aberdonian!!

A little off the beaten track, but worth the visit. A large selection of good quality used cars of mixed makers, including a smaller selection of electric and hybrid vehicles. Pricing seems fair, and staff are helpful when asked - they don't pester you, you are free to roam un-hassled. Good parking and site access is level but gravelled. Personally the only thing that would make the site better is the vehicle information sheet being in a larger print, and the vehicles being unlocked - but appreciate unlocking hundreds of vehicles everyday is too time consuming to achieve.
