To test drive and purchase a vehicle, it’s essential to have your driver's license with you. If you opt to finance your purchase through one of our lenders, you may also need an additional form of identification, such as a passport.
You can conveniently reserve one of our vehicles online or by calling us, requiring a £99 deposit. We'll place a temporary hold of £99 on your credit or debit card, which acts as a security measure for your reservation but isn't a charge. This temporary hold will be automatically released after five working days. Your reservation secures the car for three full days, giving you ample time to come in for a viewing. Please note that reservations can only be made once per customer. Alternatively, you can reserve a car at our dealership by making a non-refundable £500 deposit. This in-store deposit must be paid by debit card, as cash payments are not accepted. This will secure the vehicle for collection.
For your peace of mind, we provide a 28-day in-house warranty on the engine and gearbox of all our cars, which does not affect your statutory rights. Additionally, you have the option to purchase an extended warranty for longer coverage if needed. We provide 1, 2, or 3-year warranty plans that include protection for all major mechanical and electrical components in the event of a sudden breakdown. Coverage includes parts and labour, as well as essential components like the engine, gearbox, transmissions, and suspension, in addition to smaller items like electric windows and central locking.
